COMMENTS & SUGGESTIONS

After undergoing industrial training for 20 weeks, there are many things I have learned along the technician department. As usual any applicable case there is bad and it's good, as well as industry training.

 This industry is very good training for the students because it is more beneficial. With the existence of this training, I have were exposed to nature of real job. Other than that I can learn how to mix with groups that differed and this increases my confidence in communicating and making me more mature and it can be teamed opinions, advice and forth during the mix. I was also able to apply what I have learned in theory at polytechnics as practical here. It is a bit much can assist me in understanding the theory cannot be fully understood with regard to a series of computers in particular.

 Industry Training  is also an opportunity for me to continue in connection with the maintenance of a reputable and so can pave the way for me to become one than this reputable accomplices when finished recitation. It is easier for me to find a job when finished recitation later.

 By the way, I reserve the maintenance of the polytechnic to add more credit hours to run practical in modules for each semester. This is because I find that what is learned in practical   easier versus theory. It can also indirectly help understanding the theory students.With this we can make a conclusion that practical education is something as important as education in theory and it is allowed to be a stepping stone for students to go further because industry practice is a surge in the development paradigm Mind.

SUGGESTIONS

·        The company must add to the many employees for each working group.

 ·        The company should replace old equipment is often broken with the new equipment.

 ·        Employees should provide guidance and good cooperation when working together with the coach.

 ·        To study the ability of the workplace environment whether it is able to provide
           continuity coaches and permanent employees.

 ·        Workers employed qualified in accordance with their respective fields.

 ·        The company should be responsible for the coach if the coach in the situation  
        complicated job need help.

 ·        The company should allow trainees to work with a technician to help aid in the work.
